  I received a voucher for Christmas. I now live in Brisbane and am back for a holiday. Tried to redeem my voucher 1 week late. The manager was so heartless and would not consider it. She was very rude. Don't waste your money!!

  I've been coming here for a few years and always found the masseuse to be good. I usually get a neck back shoulder massage for 35mins which costs $45.

  I would not recommend this place to any one nor will i advise anyone to purchase a voucher, they take your money but wont extend a voucher by a week. Terrible customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I have read previous reviews of customers having the exact same issue as me, I really suggest if you want to put your money to better use then STAY AWAY.

  One staff member hung up the phone in my face, i had called to ask for an extra week on my voucher as it has expired and i was not able to use it as i had a baby, I then requested a manager call me back she did and again this lady was extremely rude she did not even apologize for her staff member who hung up in my face, her response was there are two sides to a story, how rude is that.
