  I was seeing Adrian for the last 5 months, initially I went for Plantar Fasciitis and then for a knee issue. Adrian was fantastic dealing with both issues and without him I would never have been able to continue my running journey. During the time I was with him he was constantly reading new research on my issues and giving me new exercises to complete. He is very thorough and ensures you understand how to complete each exercise correctly before you leave the clinic. I would and I have recommend Adrian to everyone looking for a Physio, apart from his great work he is a top guy!

  I have been seeing Adrian for about a year and a half now. He honestly makes coming to see the physio, a complete joy. He knows exactly what he is talking about and not only that, but he encourages and spurs me on to do better and exceed in my exercise goals. Both Adrian and Hayden, are very approachable and both 10/10.

  When I first met Adrian at iMove he was very welcoming and friendly. I always felt comfortable to express my concerns, knowing Adrian has extensive knowledge and experience on varies injuries. He gave me home exercises to encourage in healing my neck pain as well as strengthening to prevent any further injury in the future. I would highly recommend Adrian!

  I have been using Imove and Adrian since the beginning of the year for various injuries. Their approach to treatment and explanation of my treatment plan are top class. I have been able to rehabilitate injuries without losing fitness and get back to running in no time.
