  Complete garbage customer service!!! Went it to get my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge repaired due to a faulty LCD screen. Not only did the attendants completely ignore me but refused to issue a repair since I bought it online from Dick Smith. Never purchasing a Samsung product again should never have left Apple. Giving them 1 star is too generous

  The team is incredibly helpful and kind at Miranda! There service was speedy and the staff were extremely knowledgeable. The location is very convenient for me as the city store and western suburbs are too far away, I would recommend anyone to come and check it out.

  Friendly and helpful staff saved my phone today! After the latest update glitch, my phone refused to boot up - tried all the tips and tricks Google search had to offer, but nothing worked, which meant it was a pretty serious issue. Brought it into the kiosk and one of the lovely guys there spent a good 20 minutes patiently bringing my phone back to life - he kept trying and didn't give up when his first attempt didn't work. My phone is basically my lifeline, so I was so happy I could've cried when he managed to fix it, and save all my content too. Thank you!!!

  Terrible customer service. Staff members fail to communicate effectively with each other. One staff member (male with glasses and boofy hair) had the audacity to tell me, in front of my children, that he hates children and thinks they are demons. Seriously.
