  A very mixed experience. I found it confusing booking an appointment. Poor communication on how the system worked. However my complaints were well handled and service was satisfactory

  To be fair the lady I spoke to first was lovely, and she was busy with customers the second part of the hour I waited. And the man that came to see me eventually (after the first woman said I'd been waiting an hour) did apologise.

  Don't go there. Don't even step in the door. I would have given it zero stars if I could. I took a keyboard in to get a replacement, not even a refund (and I didn't need either it turns out). A thirty second conversation rectified this. But the hour and a half wait to find this out was absolutely ridiculous. Thanks Geniuses.

  Customer service is horrible, needed someone to look at my Brand New! MacBook for faulty keyboard and the person at the “genius bar” didn’t even want to talk to me because they were booked out on appointments for 2 weeks ! Just repetitively said “sorry I cannot help you”. 2 weeks till next appointment and 1 week to fix/asses the issue ? So 3 weeks without a working laptop? Bloody disappointment Apple

  Go to Mac1 in Wollongong. I would have went there (its the closest apple store to me) but I was at work beforehand so I just stopped in on the way home. Won't make that mistake again.

  Thanks to Miranda shop, i been to broadway store first, staff there is pathetic, they just know one thing to blame you for every thing and recommend you to buy new one.

  Took my phone in to check the button on the front.. 30mins later 100gig of data lost. No warning that their inspection could break the phone! I would of done a back up before otherwise!!! Thanks for breaking my phone and loosing all of my data Apple Miranda. Maybe warn people about risky inspections. I know its in the fine print but FFS I didn't expect some kid to walk out with a broken phone and hand it over telling me that phone is now broken and all data is lost. Not happy..

  So how come at one shop, staff is conscious about your expense and try to sort it out and save your money and on other place they are ready ti ripp you off.

  Then i had visited Miranda store, no doubt long waiting time but after that a young gentleman found that whats the problem and recommend me what to do. i did on my own and phone is working great.
